Cancellation & Refund Policy

Session cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments are subject to the full session fee, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

The standard psychotherapy session is 55 minutes. Requests for a different session length must be discussed and scheduled in advance. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly.

I understand that life happens. Each client is allowed one "no-explanation" missed session or late cancellation per calendar year without charge. No reason or explanation is required. After that courtesy is used, the full session fee will apply to late cancellations and missed appointments.
