You might be feeling frustrated, stuck, or just tired of how things have been going. Maybe there's distance that wasn't there before, or a sense that you're not really being understood anymore. Even when you care deeply about each other, it can start to feel lonely inside a relationship—and that's a hard place to sit.

We're going to get honest about what's actually happening. I'll call things out when it matters, while making sure everyone feels heard and understood along the way.

We'll work on changing the patterns that keep you stuck, communicating in ways that don't constantly lead to blowups, and learning how to repair things before they pile up. The goal is to help you feel more connected, understood, and like you're on the same team again.

I often say that the real work happens outside of our sessions. Showing up is important, but it's only the beginning. You have to be willing to practice, try something different, and put in the effort between sessions—and I'll be right there with you along the way.
