No surprises on price
I'd rather you know the number before we talk than find out after. Every session is 55 minutes and held virtually. Payment is due at the time of session.

PAYMENT
How payment works
- Private pay onlyI don't accept insurance or bill any plan directly — you pay the session rate at the time of your appointment. No diagnosis is submitted to an insurer, and no third party decides how long we work together.
- Out-of-network reimbursementSome plans with out-of-network benefits reimburse part of what you pay out of pocket. Check your out-of-network outpatient mental health benefit, and ask me for any paperwork your claim needs.
- Good Faith EstimateIf you're uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to a written estimate of what your care will cost before we begin.
CANCELLATIONS
Before you book
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be subject to the full session fee, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
