I'm Ashley Harmon.

WHO I AM

I'm Ashley Harmon.

Licensed Mental Health Clinician, LMHC · she/her · Worcester, MA

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC), a wife, and a mom to a toddler boy who keeps life joyful, loud, and wonderfully unpredictable. We also have two dogs and a cat, so our home is rarely quiet, but it is full of love and personality.

Outside of work, I love to travel, read fantasy novels, binge-watch TV shows whenever life allows it, and get outside. Being in nature brings me peace. It helps me feel connected to the earth, grounded in myself, and reminded of what matters.

I care deeply about kindness, honesty, connection, and showing up for the people I love. I believe life can be hard and beautiful at the same time, and I try to live in a way that makes room for both.

HOW I WORK

Real conversations, not a script

The way I live my life shapes the way I work. I care about honesty, warmth, and relationships that feel authentic. I want therapy to feel like a place where real conversations happen and where what we talk about can actually connect to your day-to-day life.

Most people are dealing with layers of stress, old patterns, mixed feelings, and relationship dynamics that do not fit into a neat summary, so we will take the time to sort through what is actually going on. I tend to meet people with compassion, curiosity, and respect for how hard life can be. Sometimes humor becomes part of the process because laughter can ease tension and help people talk more openly about things that feel uncomfortable, vulnerable, or hard to name.

With couples I work from the Gottman Method, and my background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst shapes how I approach parenting and behavior work.
