Approach

Approach

Are you finding it difficult to manage anxiety or find inner peace? Or perhaps you’re hoping to improve your communication and deepen intimacy with your partner? It’s common to seek more effective ways to handle emotional struggles, build healthier connections, and cultivate deeper intimacy. I’m here to support you through these struggles by fostering a collaborative, authentic, and empathic environment. My goal is to create a judgment-free space where you feel comfortable exploring your feelings with a touch of humor, self-compassion, and introspection.

Belief

Belief

I believe that every individual has the potential for profound growth and enriched relationships, both with themselves and others. As part of my commitment to personal and professional development, I continually seek new education, supervision, and insights to better support you.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support your journey toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I received my first Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2015 and my second Masters in Behavior Analysis in 2017. Combined with ongoing training toward certification as a Sex Therapist, I draw from a rich foundation of knowledge and experience.
